has been
selected to the Pro Football Hall of
Fame in Canton, Ohio. Hewill be inducted
on Saturday, August 2, 2014. Reedwas
one of themost prolific wide receivers in
small college football history. Hewas a
four-year letterman at Kutztown from
1981-84, making 142 career catches for
2,002 yards and 14 touchdowns.
He is the first player in Pennsylvania
StateAthletic Conference (PSAC) history
to be inducted into the Pro Football
Hall of Fame.
Reed was drafted in 1985 in the
fourth round by the Buffalo Bills where
he played for 15 seasons. Reed retired
following the 2000 season and earned
his degree from Kutztown in 2005.
