MSW Jenna Sraiheen 2018-2019 Agency Name: Lehigh Valley Hospital - Schuylkill East Profile: Lehigh Valley Hospital- Schuylkill East is a small 129 bed community hospital in Pottsville, PA. The focus of this agency is to treat patients and then decide on what their next steps will be. Field Placement Responsibilities: My Field Responsibilities include the following doing the initial assessments, documenting progress notes, making referrals to other agencies, going to rounds, setting up services for patients, and making transportation arrangements.
