MSW Field Profiles 2018-19

MSW Samantha Armitage 2018-2019 Agency Name: Onward Behavioral Health Profile: Mental health and eating disorder outpatient treatment. Individual and group therapy in addition to psychiatric services provided as well as the specialized Seeds of Hope eating disorder program. Field Placement Responsibilities: To co-facilitate and research the eating disorder treatment program Seeds of Hope. Continuing to expand my knowledge base on the specialized program and continuing research on approaches to treatment. Future Goals: To continue in the field of drug and alcohol treatment as a clinician. I will pursue my CADC, art therapy certification and get trauma trained.
