MSW Field Profiles 2018-19

MSW Brandy Yoder 2018-2019 Agency Name: Valley Against Sex Trafficking Profile: Bring awareness and encourage the community to take actions against trafficking. VAST works with other agency to advocate and educate the community. Field Placement Responsibilities: I am a member of the Voices Committee. I am helping with fundraising efforts for the Spring event to raise money. I help with info tables at local events to bring awareness and educate the community. I am also currently working with another intern on tasks to meet grant requirements which include billboards, gaining support from local law enforcement, Judges and State Representative. Future Goals: I would like to obtain my license while working in the field. I would like work in macro level social work to continue to educate and advocate communities. Department of Social Work
