Profile: Service Access Management inc. provides crisis intervention for Berks County Field Placement Responsibilities: My field placement responsibilities are assist individuals who are going trough a crisis either face to face or on the phone.Conduct phone surveys for the department, go out on outreach calls with the staffs in the department. When the department receives calls from hospitals, our job is to go to the hospital to meet with the individual to try to divert him or her from getting admitted to a inpatient hospital. The department also conduct wellness checks on individuals. Future Goals: My future goals after my graduate degree is to get my LCSW and work in a mental heath setting. Department of Social Work
