MSW Field Profiles 2018-19

MSW Anelis Nayree Orta 2018-2019 Agency Name: Service Access and Management Profile: The focus of SAM INC is to help people throughout the service area enhance the quality of their lives by effectively and efficiently managing and/or providing needed, accessible and individually satisfying human services. Field Placement Responsibilities: I will be working at a micro and mezzo level with individuals and their families and learning more about the services provided through independence waivers and Office of Long Term Living Services. I will also be working at a Macro level and learning about the overall structure of the program, program evaluations and service delivery. This semester I will focus on the macro level of the agency and how macro level work influences the individuals and families receiving services. Future Goals: In the future, I would like to work in a hospital setting assisting families with resources and support. Department of Social Work
