MEET THE MCC STAFF Director, Ms. Rhonda Branford (ext. 34197, Rm. 202) The Director is responsible for all administrative functions of the office including budget management and allocations, program authorization and supervision, policy making, hiring approval of all personnel, approval of purchases/ resources, etc. She supervises the Graduate Assistants. She also participates on campus committees related to Multicultural Services. She sees students by appointment and/or walk-ins. She facilitates classroom presentations upon requests for Graduate Studies and other departments, as well as workshops. Direct any questions concerning funding requests, the G.A.P. program, committee work, and MCC projects, as well as any complaints or special requests to the director. Office Manager and Receptionist, Mrs. Faith Riedel (ext. 34807, Rm. 100) The Office Manager and Receptionist supervises student workers and assists with the training of workers. She processes all paperwork associated with expenses for programs, office supplies, travel, and other budgetary needs that includes processing travel forms, placing orders, and processing purchase requisitions. She also places all work orders for repairs. Please report any leaks, breaks, or other facility needs
