MSW Michelle Candelario 2019 Agency Name: Familicare Counseling Center Profile: Familicare Counseling Center is a mental health outpatient provider that provides individual, family, group therapy, psychological evaluations, psychiatric evaluations, and medication management to the City of Reading. They also provide Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services (BHRS)-wrap around services which includes. Field Placement Responsibilities: At my internship I will be observing intakes, conducting intakes, individual, and family therapy. I will be writing progress notes, attending, supervision, and training. Future Goals: After I complete my MSW, I would like to take my licensure test (LSW).
