MSW Field Profiles 2019-20

MSW Teyonna Ariel Brown 2019 Agency Name: Lebanon VA Medical Center Profile: My agency's focus is to provide resources and services to Veterans and their families. Field Placement Responsibilities: I have been assigned to the suicide prevention program, designed to provide resources such as individual and group counseling to Veterans as well as assist with operating the Veteran suicide hotline. Additionally if a Veteran needs referrals I assist with brokering to other programs and departments within the VA and options within their communities. Future Goals: My future goals are to obtain a job working for the VA and eventually obtain my LCSW and eventually get my doctorate and become a professor in the field of social work.
