MSW Field Profiles 2019-20

MSW Tori Rothman 2019 Agency Name: Haven Behavioral Hospital Profile: Haven is an inpatient psychiatric unit with services designed to provide intensive, highly structured treatment for mental illness, mood disorders, and other mental health issues in a safe, controlled environment. Field Placement Responsibilities: As a social service intern, my responsibilities are to complete biopsychosocial, treatment plan, to get releases of information to work with outside resources that are utilized by the patient, and work on discharge planning for patient. Future Goals: I plan to obtain my LCSW and join my family private practice. I plan to work with adolescence and young adults and have a focus on trauma.
