MSW Field Profiles 2019-20

MSW Shelby Neiman 2019 Agency Name: Creative Health Services Profile: Creative Health Services has many different departments, to name a few, MHOP, IOP, a career center, and residential housing units. Within those departments the agency provides behavioral healthcare to individuals, families, and communities. They strive to empower and promote wellness for those who need it. Field Placement Responsibilities: At my agency I facilitate groups, as well as conduct individual therapy sessions. Each group as a different topic geared towards a certain mental health symptom. I am also responsible for completing notes from each session I run; along with completing introductions into the program and treatment plans. Future Goals: My future goals are to complete the MSW program by May of 2020, get my LSW, and continue working in the mental health field. Department of Social Work
