MSW Field Profiles 2019-20

MSW Nicole McDonough 2019 Agency Name: Creative Health Services Profile: Creative Health Services IOP is a behavioral and mental health facility that focuses on the physical and mental well-being of individuals. The facility offers group and individual therapy in an effort to address the unique needs of each individual. Field Placement Responsibilities: I facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions with inclusive activities for all backgrounds. I provide tools to empower members to use self determination to advocate for their own needs. I document client' responses from support groups and the progress they are making towards personal goals. Future Goals: My future goals are to obtainmy LSW, LCSWand to continue to work in the behavioral and mental health field in IOP programs. Department of Social Work
