BSW Allan Kaufman 2018-2019 Agency Name: River Rock Academy Profile: River Rock Academy is a correctional facility meant for kids K-12. Focus is around building relationships and character. Field Placement Responsibilities: My job as a learner and observer is to watch how the kids react or respond to any given scenario. Identifying ways to engage and assess each individual as their wants and needs vary. Future Goals: To understand and apply the plan change process through given opportunities in a micro mezzo and macro level. Department of Social Work
