2023 ANNUAL SECURITY REPORT 59 Chart #1: 2020-2022 Crime Statistics The information contained in this chart reflects campus crime statistics as well as hate crime statistics as reported to the KUPD, Campus Security Authorities, Student Conduct and local law enforcement agencies. Please note the Clery Act requires statistics for an expanded area beyond the campus and it requires these statistics to be shown in specific geographic categories. These statistics are provided in compliance with the specific time periods, crime classifications, geographic categories and arrest data mandated by federal law. Incidents shown in the On-Campus Residential Facilities category are also included in the statistics shown in the On-Campus category. Kutztown University received no reports of Hate Crimes in 2020, 2021 and 2022. There was one unfounded crime in 2020. There were no unfounded crimes in 2021 and 2022.
