Army ROTC (Reserve Officers’ Training Corps) Army ROTC enables students to enroll in elective leadership and military courses in addition to their required courses. Army Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) is one of the nation's top prestigious leadership programs, and it is considered an honor to participate in the program. You will gain important qualities including leadership skills, discipline, and maturity. Plus, you will have no trouble staying active and healthy. Military and Veterans Affairs Advisory Board A committee of students, faculty members, administrative staff, and Veteran-related organizations who meet regularly to improve university services for our campus Veterans and Military-affiliated students. Who can help? KU’s Office of Military & Veterans Services, Office of the Registrar, and Office of Student Accounts are knowledgeable of veteran and military-related benefits (e.g., VA GI Bill, EAP, TA) including available scholarships and tuition assistance options. Skilled veterans’ liaisons from these offices are available to assist and guide you through the benefits process. They will help you understand government and military programs as well as Kutztown University policies as they relate to veterans and their families. Additionally, the Office of Admissions has a veterans’ liaison who can assist you with admissions-related matters, and the Disability Services Office (DSO) can assist by providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities who are members of the university community (students and employees).
