Dixon Marketplace (DXMP) Dixon Marketplace, a division of KUSSI, is an on-campus marketplace of student goods, including convenience items, health & beauty aids, dorm and school supplies, trendy gifts, branded and non-branded apparel. Dixon Marketplace is located on the ground level of the Dixon Residence Hall. During the academic year Dixon Marketplace is open every day from noon until midnight, seven days a week. Learning with Technology Technologies available at Kutztown University for student learning include teaching computer laboratories, mobile laptop computer labs, classroom technology audio/visual computer presentation systems, and general-purpose computing facilities. The campus network provides Internet access to support the university mission. Students have access to wireless connectivity for personal devices across campus and access to wired connections in residential living facilities. Kutztown University provides computer-enhanced classroom technology presentation systems in more than 200 classrooms, which includes twelve that are large venue lecture halls, using touch panel classroom technology to control computer projection equipment, a variety of instructional media equipment, sound and lighting. The theatre classrooms contain large projection screens, enhanced sound and lighting systems, optimized acoustics, ergonomic seating, and enhanced air exchange capability for our students. The university maintains over 40 computer teaching classrooms or academic computing labs providing seating for students at 15 or more computers. Kutztown University has several active learning facilities including a Social Media/Analytics, Public Relations, and College of Business Active learning labs utilized to support various academic programs.
