125|Page Kutztown University Student Services, Inc. (KUSSI) Kutztown University Student Services, Inc. (KUSSI) is an independent, non-profit affiliate of Kutztown University. KUSSI collaborates with the University and the Student Government Board (SGB) to provide free and low-cost services to students and student-led organizations. KUSSI offers a wide range of services through its operating divisions, including the KUSSI Service Center, KU Campus Store, and Dixon Marketplace. As a student focused non-profit corporation, KUSSI contributes its operating surplus to support student organizations, student scholarships, and campus athletics. KUSSI Service Center KUSSI Service Center, located in MSU Room 171, works closely with the Student Government Board (SGB) to administer the Student Activity Fee budget fund as approved by SGB and the University President. KUSSI also provides a wide range of accounting services including purchase requests, funding requests, private fund accounts, deposits, petty cash boxes and event contracts for student-led organizations on campus. In addition, the KUSSI Service Center supports student organizations throughout the SGA budgeting process and related funding initiatives in compliance with policies and procedures as determined by SGB. KUSSI Service Center also manages an Auxiliary Services function responsible for various student-focused services, such as campus laundry facilities, snack and beverage vending machines, Micro-Fridge rentals, SGA van rentals, regalia, Graduation Festival, and senior portraits. KU Campus Store KU Campus Store, a division of Kutztown University Student Services, Inc. Conveniently located on the lower level of the McFarland Student Union, the store offers new, used, and digital course materials, along with easy online ordering and payment options. Every KU student has access to the Virtual Shelf app, which automatically creates a personalized cart featuring all required course materials at the lowest available prices offered in the store. KU Campus Store also provides a book voucher program, allowing students to purchase course materials using financial aid through the Office for Student Accounts.
