MSW Katherine Camoni 2021 Agency Name: Bethlehem Health Bureau Profile: Bethlehem Health Bureau's focus is to bring mental health and physical health awareness to the city of Bethlehem. The provide outreach services to connect families and individuals to services and resources that will improve their quality of life. Field Placement Responsibilities: My field placement responsibilities are to verify mental health resources that are accessible for the target population of Bethlehem City. I will be making outreach calls to individuals and families, that utilize police services when the issue is mental health related rather than criminal, to attempt to refer them to appropriate services. I will assist my field instructor with any community events. Future Goals: My future goals are to be a clinical social worker. Department of Social Work
