BSW Field Profiles 2021-22

BSW Hailey Fleishman 2021 Agency Name: Kutztown University Health and Wellness Center Profile: The Health and Wellness Center provides clinical, psychological, and educational services to Kutztown University campus community. Their mission is to promote lifelong health through their many programs and resources available, and help students maintain their optimal health. Field Placement Responsibilities: I intern with the COVID - 19 campaign and data entry team. I help develop posters and possible projects to help engage students with the hopes of keeping our campus safe during a pandemic. I also enter the student vaccination data into their medical charts and verify their status. Future Goals: I want to work with the homeless population, preferably with a non - profit organization in Philadelphia, my hometown. Department of Social Work
