Anti-Discrimination Statement The Kutztown University Multicultural Center does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations. These activities include, but are not limited to, hiring and firing of staff and provision of services. We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of our staff, students, visitors, volunteers, and community in general. The Multicultural Center will implement the Anti-discrimination practices and policy of the University. If any individual feels her or she has been discriminated against should file a complaint with the Office of Social Equity. The Multicultural Center will not tolerate retaliation against any employee who complains of discrimination or provides information in connection with any such complaint. The Kutztown University Multicultural Center is committed to providing a working environment free from discrimination. The Multicultural Center will implement the Kutztown University Policy DIV-008 to fully comply with the anti-discrimination of practices of the university.
