The social media team discussed how using the KUSBDC 5D Model will help business owners develop best practices for their business by learning new ways to integrate their goals, design and track the performance of content that is relevant in their industry. This helps business owners ensure that they are getting their fair share of customers through their social media postings. Students who attended the webinar learned about additional student internship resources to support social media marketing campaigns.
