14 | INNOVISION MAGAZINE SBDC FADING AUTISM Congratulations to Fading Autism, KUSBDC client and Kutztown University alumni Antoine Frankel for his one-year small business anniversary! The KUSBDC Assistant Center Director, Kecia Sturdivant, and the student team were part of the ribbon cutting ceremony in August last year. Fading Autism provides convenient, quality and free haircuts for individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. In August 2018, Frankel opened Fading Autism on Main Street in Kutztown to continue his mission to raise awareness about autism and offer free haircuts to autistic children. Their student team represents a wide variety of majors including public administration, social media, accounting, counseling, business, accounting and marketing. With these skills, these students helps market the KUSBDC’s services, consult with clients on business plans, provide support to their finance department and represent the KUSBDC at local and state events.
