BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION FUTURE APPLY COURSEWORK Kutztown University’s AACSB accredited Master of Busi- ness Administration program offers a hybrid learning ex- perience through online and in-person courses, providing students with a flexible course schedule to complement their commitments outside of the classroom. The hybrid program draws from KU’s unique strengths as a regional educational and research resource to deliver an integrated and applied MBA curriculum. Through the MBA curriculum, students learn concepts, strategies, and processes used in managerial decision- making, thus providing them the skills to make ethical judgments in future leadership roles. Full-time students within the MBA program also have the opportunity to gain valuable professional experience as a Graduate Assistant, working with organizations like the Small Business Devel- opment Center or assisting professors with research. As a degree program that is offered in the evenings and online, the MBA is designed with working professionals in mind. This enables graduate students to work full-time and still pursue a degree. The MBA program covers a wide arrange of courses such as Ethics in the Workplace, Financial Management, Organizational Leadership, and Marketing Strategies.
