ElementaryEducation-Teaching

ELEMENTARY EDUCATION WITH SPECIALIZATION IN TEACHING The Master of Education in Elementary Education with a Specialization in Teaching is a 33 credit (PreK-4) or 33 credit (Grades 4-8) program designed to accelerate teacher certification for students who have already demonstrated content mastery and hold an undergraduate degree in a field other than education. This cohort-based program allows professionals to explore educational development opportunities, conduct research in the field, and network with like-minded professionals. Small class sizes and meaningful personal interactions with renowned profes- sional educators makes KU’s program a smart choice for anyone wishing to obtain an advanced degree in teaching plus certification.
