14 TOWER | SUMMER 2019 67,000+ Golden Bears are in our alumni network. 12 agreements are established with community colleges across the region to make it easy for students to transfer to KU. On March 8, Kutztown University hosted more than 50 officials, government leaders and members of the KU community at a Legislative Breakfast that focused on the evolving challenges and opportunities for universities. KU established 710 internship agreements with organizations, institutions or businesses to provide real-world, student experiences. WHY KU COUNTS (Left to right): Attendees Rep. Mark M.
