Kutztown University was proud to reconvene in-person commencement ceremonies on May 7, 8 and 9. Following CDC guidelines, activities began Friday evening with the recognition of 2020 spring and fall semester graduates, and continued through Saturday and Sunday by conferring degrees to all the spring 2021 candidates during five separate ceremonies. Although O’Pake Fieldhouse was not abuzz with the usual 6,000 graduates and guests, the smaller programs were condensed and personal, and still maintained the usual pomp and formality of traditional ceremonies. Congratulations to our newest alumni who persevered during an unprecedented and challenging year! We were grateful to spend the last few days of the 2020-2021 academic year with you.
