Kutztown University field hockey completed another historic season, finishing as the national runner-up. It was the sec ond straight season that the Maroon and Gold reached the championship game after winning the title in 2023. Five student-athletes landed on All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference teams, including and on the First Team, and on the Second Team and on the Third Team. Kutztown finished the season 16-6 overall. It is the ninth straight season with 10-plus wins and the third in a row with 16-plus victories. Kutztown wrestling finished eighth overall as a team at the NCAA Championships, eclipsing its previous- best finish of 10th in 2018–19. The Golden Bears had a program-record four All-Americans, including (184 lbs.), (285), (165) and (174). Head coach claimed the Super Region I and PSAC Coach of the Year awards and KU produced seven All-PSAC performers, with the four All-Americans joined by and KU student-athletes succeeded in the classroom as well as on the sports felds. During the 2025-2026 academic year, 237 students were recognized as PSAC Scholar-Athletes, and 226 student-athletes made the Dean’s List.
