ALUMNI CORNER My background in Sport Management, combined with the additional business knowledge gained through my MBA, directly prepared me for my first official position in collegiate athletics as an Athletics Management Technician. The foundation I built through my academic experiences provided me with a solid understanding of both business and athletic operations within a collegiate setting. My MBA further strengthened my skills in budgeting, organization, leadership, and operational efficiency—qualities that are essential in supporting athletic departments from a financial standpoint. As a former student-athlete at Kutztown, I had a great experience here and am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to begin my professional career at a place that already feels like home while contributing to the continued success of our athletic programs.
