FAREWELL TO MS. PETER! 20 To celebrate Ms. Deb Peter's retirement, the SM faculty and retirees gathered to bid her a heartfelt farewell. Ms. Peter began her journey at Kutztown University in the Dean’s office under Dean Geaney for the College of Business in the fall of 2014. Shortly thereafter, in March 2015, she transitioned to the Sport Management Department, where she served as Secretary with dedication and excellence. On May 17, 2024, Ms. Peter officially retired from her position, marking the end of nearly a decade of outstanding service to the university. We extend our best wishes for her retirement and offer our deepest gratitude for her invaluable contributions throughout the years. Thank you, Ms. Peter, for your unwavering commitment and service! END OF YEAR PARTY On December 13, 2023, the SM department joyously revived the annual end-of-year party, a cherished tradition that had been paused due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was a delightful gathering, filled with laughter and warmth, providing an opportunity to wrap up the year on a high note and reconnect with familiar faces we had dearly missed. A heartfelt thank you to all the retirees who graced us with their presence, making the event even more meaningful and memorable.
