I also assisted with game-day operations, whetherrolling out the mats for performances on the ice or participating in bubble soccer with the other interns. I am thankful for everybody at the Royals as they were helpful and made me feel at home. I am thankful also for all the professors who over the last 4 years have taught me so much about the sports industry. If I had to leave a piece of advice for the next generation of Sport Management students, it’s to be comfortable with being uncomfortable.
