MSW Kareema S. Thompson 2022 Agency Name: New Vitae Wellness and Recovery Profile: Recovery Center is an outpatient Mental Health Center. Community and Residential clients are served. They promote personal wellness and address individuals needs including individual and group therapy peer support services and medication management. Field Placement Responsibilities: I observe and facilitate Partial Hospitalization Program. Understand agency operations/ procedures and how it relates to the social work field through completion of group/individual notes as well as other chart paperwork (assessment, treatment planning, behavioral plans). Prepare and present a presentation to residential clients and families on diagnosis or area of practice that I think would help them understand their family member.
