MSW Maya Tylor Ella Phillips 2021 Agency Name: KidsPeace Orchard Behavioral Health Profile: KidsPeace Orchard Behavioral Health Outpatient Services focuses on individuals, family, and group therapy, life and parenting skills training, problem solving, medication management, and self - esteem building. Field Placement Responsibilities: My field placement responsibilities as an Outpatient Therapist are to assess the client ’ s mental status, developing clients' specific treatment plans, and providing individual, group, and family therapy. I will be observing individual and family therapy, completing part one intake documentation with clients, and assisting therapists with discharging inactive clients. Future Goals: My future goal would be to complete my MSW program at Kutztown University. After graduation passing my licensing exam.
