MSW Field Profiles 2021-22

MSW Kelsey Dominicis 2021 Agency Name: Freedom Mountain Profile: As an intern at FreedomMountain, some of my roles include being an advocate and connecting clients to any services that will benefit them. I am in the role of a housing assistant and check in on the homes that the clients reside in to ensure that they are receiving their services. Field Placement Responsibilities: I am currently working with adults who have an intellectual disability, physical disability and/or Autism who want to live their lives to the fullest in their communities. I assist with checking on the homes the clients reside in and ensure that they are connected to appropriate community resources to meet their needs. I also assist clients with problem - solving if/when issues arise. Future Goals: My future goal after getting my MSW is to complete my licensing exam. After I would like to proceed to work with families who have children who have mental health challenges within their homes. Department of Social Work
