MSW Field Profiles 2020-21

MSW Rachael Clineff 2020 Agency Name: Street Medicine Tower Health Profile: The Street Medicine Program provides care to individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. They go into the community and meet clients where they are to provide care. The team also works to help clients get appointments and medications and advocates on their behalf. Field Placement Responsibilities: This internship will work alongside the Street Medicine team to provide social work services to individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. I will aim to address any unmet social needs and provide resources for referral when necessary. This internship will also provide the opportunity to observe both inpatient and outpatient social work with the Reading Hospital ’ s care management department. Future Goals: I plan to get my LSW after graduation and continue to work on a macro level in an organization. Someday, I would love to teach social work at a community college.
