MSW Field Profiles 2020-21

MSW Sarah Cattin 2020 Agency Name: Aspire to Autonomy, Inc. Profile: ASPIRE's mission is to provide an environment of safety, healing, and empowerment that will equip victims of trafficking with the services and programs that are essential to their pursuit of independence. Field Placement Responsibilities: Some of my roles and responsibilities include advocacy and education efforts to the community, facilitation of trainings, and working closely within the Communications Department to advertise events and to get support from the media. This year ASPIRE hopes to open a safe house to host victims of human trafficking which will allow me to utilize Case Management skills while working 1 on 1 with clients. Future Goals: My future goals include: obtaining my MSW, working within the criminal justice system with adolescents, and to continue being involved with the trafficking movement.
