MSW Maya Tylor Ella Phillips 2020 Agency Name: KidsPeace Orchard Behavioral Health Profile: KidsPeace Orchard Behavioral Health Outpatient Services focuses on individuals, family, and group therapy, life and parenting skills training, problem solving, medication management, self - esteem building Field Placement Responsibilities: My field placement responsibilities as an Outpatient Therapist are to assess the client ’ s mental status, developing clients' specific treatment plans, providing individual, group, and family therapy. I will be observing becoming more comfortable with individual and family therapy. Completing part one intake documentation with clients, assessing therapists with discharging inactive clients. Future Goals: My future goal would be to complete my MSW program at Kutztown University. After graduation passing my licensing exam.
