MSW Christine N. Gonzalez 2020 Agency Name: Service Access and Management Profile: My name is Christine Gonzalez; I ’ m 32 years old student currently presuming my Master Degree in Social Work at Kutztown University. I ’ m completing my internship in the Crisis Department at Service Access and Management. Field Placement Responsibilities: As an intern in the Crisis Department at Service Access and Management, my roles and responsibly affirm that I would provide crisis intervention and information and refer individuals to appropriate services as necessary. I will deliver resources to resolve and reduce an immediate crisis so that all efforts result in a successful resolution. Additionally, I will assist in joining departments to require hospitalization on a voluntary or involuntary basis. I will also participate in administrative work to create a monitoring progress report (quarterly and yearly) for county funding programs. Future Goals: The Crisis Department will enhance my knowledge in the mental health field. I could incorporate the skills and education I provided to advocate for children with mental health needs.
