MSW Eric Bevan 2020 Agency Name: Advantage Home Health - Pottsville Profile: Providing home health, hospice, nursing, and bereavement services to elders and families regarding end - of - life care and counseling. Field Placement Responsibilities: Shadowing agency social workers in order to learn organizational norms and responsibilities, assisting with brokering to resources and showing warmth, empathy, and genuineness during sessions. Assisting clients gaining access to needed resources through tertiary agencies that can improve their quality of life, and documenting monthly updates toward different clients. Future Goals: My future goals are to use the knowledge I have learned here and in my previous work with children to help individuals and families meet their needs, remain safe, and maintain long - term healthy development.
