BSW Najee Williams 2022 Agency Name: Berks County Children and Youth Services Profile: The Berks County Children and Youth Services dedicates its funds and resources to protecting children. This is accomplished through assuring their physical and emotional well-being as provided by law, and to preserve, strengthen, and empower families. Field Placement Responsibilities: I am in the permanency department which is more commonly known as the adoption unit. My responsibility includes identifying adoptive homes and possible placements. Educating clients on post placement services such as counseling and financial subsidies. If needed, court testimonies and completing parental rights terminations.
