They are dedicated to providing child welfare, juvenile justice, and behavioral services to children and their families. Other services include adoption and foster care. Field Placement Responsibilities: I am currently interning as a foster care recruiter. My responsibilities include attending recruitment events, recruitment of foster parents, and talking to families about becoming foster parents. Other responsibilities include helping to approve foster families. I help do this by writing family approval documents, making sure families have their clearances, running clearances, and participating in family interviews.
