BSW Deborah McKyer 2022 Agency Name: St. Barnabas Center Profile: St. Barnabas is a community center looking to bring new members into the center and rebuild its organizational design to fit the needs of the community. Field Placement Responsibilities: My field placement responsibilities are organization building, creating surveys, and collaborating with BSW interns and outside organizations to bring services to enhance the community. Another responsibility I have would be to promote the community programs available to the community. Future Goals: My future goals would be to create my own community engagement center for children in Philadelphia. My center would have resources and things to mean the needs of my client population.
