BSW Laura Hetzel 2021 Agency Name: Friend Inc. Community Services Profile: Friend Inc. is a non - profit organization that serves Northeastern Berks County. Friend provides clients with food pantry options, referrals, information, and money management. Field Placement Responsibilities: My responsibilities as an intern at Friend Inc. includes; Intake and prescreening of clients, assessment, conduction of meetings, maintaining regular contact with clients and agencies, advocate for clients needs, maintain client records, and attend weekly staff meetings.
