Providing services like skilled nursing and rehabilitation, memory care, hospice care, home health care, palliative care, assisted and independent living, etc. Working with individuals, families, and the community to provide compassionate and positive experiences on a daily basis. Field Placement Responsibilities: As an intern at the agency, my role as an evaluator is to observe and learn from the real - life experiences and scenarios I will encounter by gaining knowledge that I will use towards my future professional career. All while maintaining the responsibility to exercise the core values of social work and the code of ethics.
