BSW Field Profiles 2021-22

BSW Emily McInerney 2021 Agency Name: Berks Coalition to End Homelessness Profile: BCEH consists of over 60 agencies, businesses, and individuals all working toward preventing, reducing, and ending homelessness in Berks County. Field Placement Responsibilities: My field placement responsibilities depend on the tasks and team I work with that day. At BCEH we have different programs implemented. I will be assisting clients in all those programs as well as filling out paperwork. My responsibilities at BCEH is assuring each client have the proper care and to get them into the appropriate program that fits their needs. I will be using the roles of a broker and referring clients to the other agencies we work alongside of. Future Goals: My future goals is to get accepted into graduate school at Stockton University and obtain my master ’ s degree. I would like to pursue a career working in the medical aspect, specifically working in a hospital. Department of Social Work
