Getting Involved Established in December 2016 at Kutztown University, Tau Sigma is one of three chapters in the State System of Higher Education. Tau Sigma recognizes transfer students who earned a GPA of 3.5 or higher during their first semester at KU! Becoming a member of Tau Sigma can lead to many opportunities and bene- fits. Members are recognized for their academic achievement and quickly get involved on campus. WWW.FACEBOOK.COM/TAUSIGMAKU Phi Theta Kappa has added Kutztown University to its 2018 Transfer Honor Roll, which identifies the top four-year colleges and universities creating dynamic pathways to support transfer students. The honor roll includes 112 schools from across the nation. Kutztown is one of only six Pennsylvania schools and one of two members of the State System of Higher Education. Phi Theta Kappa is the premier honor society recognizing the academic achievement of students at associate degree-granting colleges and helping them to grow as scholars and leaders. The society is made up of more than 3.5 million members and nearly 1,300 chapters in nine nations. 38
