New Student Orientation Booklet

Information Welcome to CONNECTIONS and to the Kutztown University family . Your transition to KU is important to us, and our orientation staff is committed to helping you get started. I am sure this is a time of mixed emotions for you. Advancing from high school to college is one of the biggest changes in your life. It is also one of the most exciting. Not only will you have an opportunity to prepare for your career, but you will also have a chance to meet people and participate in ac- tivities that will shape the rest of your life. Many of you will create memories you will cherish forever. I encourage you to take full advantage of orientation by participating in all of the activities, programs and services planned for you. Ask questions of our staff, get to know your peers, and explore the campus and town. I believe you will quickly discover that Kutztown University is an excellent place to learn, live, and grow. Since my arrival at KU in the summer of 2015, I have found the universi- ty community to be friendly and welcoming. Our beautiful campus offers limitless possibilities, and I am truly excited about the great prospects for all students that lie ahead.
