Emergencies During normal business hours, for services that require immediate attention to eliminate hazards to life or health (safety), or to protect property, call our Work Control Center at 610-683-1594 After normal business hours, for emergency services, contact Public Safety at 610-683-4001. Work Requests For maintenance and repair requests, special event support, or other routine services, please submit a work request at workorders.kutztown.edu. This customer request portal is available to any on campus resi- dence hall student, faculty, staff, or any community members who have access to the Kutztown University network. One-on-one and small group training on the use of iService Desk is provided by the Facilities Work Control Center.
